You say potato....
Nothing goes with a burger like fries. But, I am not a fan of frying anything (way too scary), and I like a healthier option. I started trying my hand at oven fries a long time ago. Since then, I have gotten pretty good at this crispy tater, if I do say so myself. I use this same recipe for sweet potato fries. Sometimes I do half white and half sweet potatoes! No salt added. Only olive oil drizzled makes them crunchy, coupled with a hot oven.
